1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using XRay My Portfolio (the "Service"), available at xraymyportfolio.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

XRay My Portfolio is a free, browser-based tool that allows you to upload a portfolio CSV export (currently formatted for Fidelity Investments) and view analyses including, but not limited to, sector exposure, fund look-through, correlation analysis, stress testing, and growth projections. All processing occurs locally within your web browser, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service may optionally connect to Finnhub.io, a third-party financial data provider, if you choose to supply your own API key for live dividend and fundamentals data.

3. No financial advice

The Service is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes. Specifically:

• Fund holdings data is sourced from publicly available disclosures and approximations and may not reflect a fund's current, exact composition at any given moment
• Sector classifications, market-cap/style-box assignments, and "XRay Score" fundamental ratings are calculated using simplified, disclosed methodologies and approximate benchmarks — they are not the product of professional securities research or registered investment advice
• Stress test results, correlation estimates, and growth projections are mathematical models based on historical data and stated assumptions; actual market behavior may differ substantially from any projection or estimate shown
• Tax estimates shown in the reallocation planning feature assume long-term capital gains treatment and a flat assumed rate; your actual tax liability depends on your individual circumstances and should be confirmed with a tax professional before acting
• Nothing in the Service should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any security

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data displayed (including third-party data from Finnhub) is accurate, current, or complete.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators and operators of XRay My Portfolio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to investment losses, lost profits, or damages resulting from reliance on any information, analysis, or projection displayed by the Service.

You acknowledge that any investment decisions you make are made independently and at your own risk, and that you should conduct your own due diligence and consult appropriate professionals before acting on any information from this Service.

6. Your data and conduct

You are solely responsible for the data you upload to the Service. Because the Service processes data entirely within your own browser (see our Privacy Policy), you retain full control of and responsibility for your own portfolio data at all times. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of it.

7. Third-party services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services, including Finnhub.io and Cloudflare. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms.

8. Intellectual property

The design, code, and content of XRay My Portfolio are the property of its creator. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial portfolio analysis. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service's underlying code or design for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

9. No fiduciary relationship

Use of the Service does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or any other special relationship between you and the operators of XRay My Portfolio. We owe you no duty of care beyond what is expressly stated in these terms.

10. Changes to the Service and these terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Service operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. No affiliation

XRay My Portfolio is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Fidelity Investments, Finnhub, Cloudflare, or any brokerage, fund company, or financial institution referenced within the Service. All trademarks and fund names referenced are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive and identification purposes.
